Therapy Assistant

I joined the lovely team at The Speech Express as a Therapy Assistant, where I predominantly visit clients within their homes or schools assisting in delivering tailored speech therapy plans.

I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) at LaTrobe University, with future aspirations to work closely with Neurodivergent children, adolescents and their families, as a practicing Speech Pathologist. Before undertaking my degree in speech pathology, I had studied Osteopathy which further solidified my interest in working within the health field.

I have an abundance of experience providing support to children and adolescents from a range of differing disabilities and language/speech difficulties, and find thorough joy watching clients achieve and succeed in their goals!

My warmth, positivity and bubbly disposition allows me to develop great rapport, as I strive to provide clients on their therapy express journeys with the most positive, fun, and engaging experience as a TA and friend! I am incredibly creative, and find the most fun in coming up with new creative ways to connect with and engage those I work with.

In my free time, I love to binge watch TV shows, hang out with friends and family, listen to music, and go for long walks with my Pomeranian pup Jessie!
