Speech Pathologist

Hannah is an experienced Speech Pathologist who graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Speech Pathology in 2009, following her long-standing interests in science and languages. She has worked with both children and adults across a range of settings and is particularly passionate about supporting school-aged children within the educational speech pathology space.

Hannah brings extensive experience working collaboratively with children and their families to build strong connections and support the development of effective communication skills. She has a particular interest in literacy and is especially passionate about helping clients with reading, spelling, and writing challenges. Hannah finds great reward in seeing her clients’ confidence grow alongside their skill development.

Committed to evidence-based practice, Hannah has completed additional professional learning through La Trobe University’s Science of Language and Reading (SoLAR) Lab, ensuring her interventions are grounded in current research.

Hannah is often joined in sessions by her therapy bearded dragon, Jack, who provides both an engaging and calming presence. Jack is an excellent listener and helps spark curiosity, imagination, and emotional regulation, making the development of empathy and interpersonal communication skills even more engaging for clients.

Outside of work, Hannah is a parent to three school-aged children with an extensive collection of pets. In her spare time, she enjoys mountain bike riding, reading, camping, and coffee.
